Operation job freedom

Hi everyone!

My name is Tim and I have been reading up on real estate for quite some time. Not unlike millions of Americans I am over worked and underpaid at my current job. It's not that I don't make good money, I would just prefer to make a living and have more time to spend with my family. I know real estate is the way to go I just need to make my first step.

Which brings me to this place. I want to learn from people who are actually doing real estate on a daily basis.
