Hi everyone,

I joined last week and have been trying to absorb as much as possible. My wife and I purchased our first house last year (a duplex) and are currently seeking our next deal. We're open to another duplex, but they are hard to find in the area so we have expanded our search to single family homes as well. Looking forward to making some connections and reading about everyone's success.
