I am a new Realtor from the Austin/Cedar Park, TX area.  I am interested in finding my first rental property to invest in!  I would love any guidance and input since it is all new to me!  I am currently looking at single family homes, but open to suggestions.

This site looks like it has tons of valuable information!  I am beginning to go through the forums and the podcasts.
