I'm interested in Real Estate Investing opportunities in the Central Coast CA, specifically Rehab and Buy and Hold projects. I'm currently studying for my CA Real Estate License and have studied Real Estate Investing. I would like to work with a mentor, specializing in either Residential and/or Commercial Investment or Sales. as well as start my own investment portfolio. I came across bigger Pockets, when researching online.
