Hello Everyone,

I've been living in Augusta since 1997 and my wife and I currently have 1 rental property. After reading 7 years to 7 figures wealth eBook from Brandon Turner, I know this is the direction I want to take. 

As of right now, I want to build up some cash before we acquire any more properties. From reading the forums I've determined my next action is to find another investor in the area and bird dog for them.
