New Member to BP living on Long Island

Hello, my name is Marica Wilde. My family moved to East Northport, NY about 9 months ago from Eastern Idaho. My husband's employment brought us here. We are blessed with wonderful young children, and we've chosen to have myself stay at home with them. I feel the situation I'm in would be somewhat difficult and yet ideal for fixing up a house. We are renting and wanting to get into the fix and flip market here on Long Island. We are newbies to the field, though we have experience with framing and home construction. I am just starting to educate myself about the field of fix and flip and what local markets are doing. It seems a bit daunting, but exciting and motivating at the same time.

We bought and sold our first home in Idaho and made a great return on it. To be forward about my goals for BP, I am looking for a mutual beneficial fix and flip partnership. My husband and I have the skills and time for property improvements but are still starting out, so we are lacking the financial backing. I look forward to learning all I can about this field and am excited for the opportunities BP can offer.
