Good evening! My name is Ray Shaffer. I have become fascinated with real estate over the last year. I discovered Bigger Pockets about a month ago and have been trying to soak up as much information as possible from the podcast as I drive around the metroplex for work. I am hoping to begin investing in the very near future as soon as my personal finances allow.

I am also planning on obtaining my Real Estate License over the winter holidays and begin working part time as agent an around January/February.

My end goal is to become a full time investor.
