Hello, my name is Alexandro Esquivel, 21 years old and currently study urban and regional planning. I have always been naturally interested in buildings and architecture, given that my father has been in the construction for the majority of his life time. I am well versed in construction when it comes to masonry, which came from along side my father during summer. One of the main reasons why I would like to get into real-estate investing is because time and time again I witness my father doing the hard work that ends up making investors big money. Reason number two I would like to get into real-estate investment is my passion for urban planning and the dynamics of a community. I want to apply the skills that urban planners learn to minimize the risk of investing and maximize long term returns by investing in the right community/home. I am serious about learning the business and applying the skill set I have learned to make smart investment decisions. I am new to this blogspot so please help me get started with education and mentorship. I could assure you that the relationship will be mutually beneficial. I have a good sense of rising communities in the Chicago land area that offer great opportunities for investors. Connect with me and lets have a conversation.
