Hi Everyone! 

I'm a Realtor in Palm Beach County, FL. I've been focused on first time home buyers lately and it is hard work finding them homes they can afford without investors snatching them up! Because of this, I am doing real estate part-time and have a full time job. However, I would like to be in real estate full time again! I have made some poor real estate ventures in the past that I lost when the economy went bad. I am eager to start building income properties, learning how to fix and flip, basically every aspect of real estate investing! I signed up to a free seminar with Success Path (Tarek & Christina), after doing more research I discovered Bigger Pockets. I did not attend the seminar anymore.
