New member from Redmond, WA

Hello folks, 

Just discovered this site and I am super excited to join the network here. I own 2 rental properties in the suburbs of Seattle (Redmond and Kirkland) and I am looking to take the next step and find more rental properties that can make me financially independent. I am quite familiar with Rental property management - i have my own contractors etc. and I currently manage my own properties and rent them out myself.. 

I am tapped out on equity so i am interested in finding creative ways to raise funds for down payments on future deals and also interested in networking with folks outside (but within driving distance) of Seattle as prices are more affordable outside the immediate Seattle metro area.
