Hey all! My name is Kodie I currently live in Canton, Baltimore city. I moved to Baltimore about a year and a half ago from Penn state/Pittsburgh, PA for a job in Electrical Eng. I've always exercised the idea of real estate investing but never had the capital. Finding BP recently really gave me the motivation to get the ball rolling, and so I actually just got pre approved for a mortgage. I'm looking to live in a place with roommates to start out but I'm also open to turn keys, flips, etc. I'm really just looking to learn. Any help, knowledge, or wisdom any of you could send my way would be tremendous!! Thanks and I look forward to talking with you all!
