Hi all,

I've  been recently introduced to BP by a friend and just registered to join this community. I've been living in the Seattle area for a few years now and would like to start investing in real estate.  I purchased my first primary residence home 6 months ago and would like to start buy an investment property within the next 6 months.  

I hope to learn and connect from other investors here.  Looking forward to this!
