My name is Ben Sealey.  I am new to real-estate and look forward to learning.  I will be purchasing 5 rental properties in 2016.  I am looking to create a passive income via investments, real-estate, and technology.

 I have access to a guy in Memphis who refurb's properties and then sells them as a turn key product.  I will probably work with him for at least 1 investment.  I am not really equipped to do a flip/fixer upper, but I also think become equipped is in my future and the best way to become equipped is to just get out there and  do it.  I plan to fail forward a little this year.
