Hi everyone,

I am an out of work teacher who has dabbled in real estate in the past. I have been a Realtor in NJ and FL. I was also a mortgage broker in FL. I'm currently not licensed. I invested once in 1994. I had no money but good credit and I found a partner with bad credit but she had some money. We bought a single family HUD home, rehabbed it and netted $10,000 each. I've taken several Real Estate Investment courses and I'm ready to go in full steam ahead. So basically I'm a newbie to investing but not to real estate in general. I'm looking to partner with someone, if possible.

Susan
