Hello,

My name is Russ Grassa.  I currently run my own construction company which eats up most of my time.  I'm married and we have 3 awesome kids.

I have a couple income properties but its not nearly enough. In doing some research online I came across BP and so far this community seems great (I absolutely love the BP podcast).  

Because I am a busy person I am hoping that the BP community can help systematize adding more properties to my portfolio on a regular basis.  My primary need right now is a good wholesaler.  Currently I have funds but will eventually be in need of a good funding source or 2 (or 20...hopefully).  Any recommendations for a good wholesaler in San Diego would be greatly appreciated. 

Lastly, I enjoy helping people in my area of expertise.  I have been a Plastering (stucco) contractor for over 25 years.  I have also built my own home 3 times.  Feel free to contact me for any exterior stucco or waterproofing questions you may have.  If you are in San Diego and I cant help you, I'm sure I know somebody who can.
