Hi my name is Ryan and I am new to real estate investing and love this bigger pockets website/podcast.  I live in Marysville Ohio.  I have worked in Corporate America for going on 19 years although its provided well for me, my wife of 13yrs and two great kids I just can't take the rat race anymore.
