Hi,

My name is Henry. I am new to real estate but have been reading a lot. I will be attending my first seminar next month. I would like to meet a mentor and/or a group of novices looking to learn together. I live in Santa Monica, California. I do not own any real estate. I therefore can not say from experience but single family buy and hold strategy is what seems the most appealing to me. In anticipation of investing I have gotten my credit score very high and paid off all my debts. I will be continuing to educate myself before pulling the trigger. Thanks and I look forward to being a part of the community.

Henry
