Hello everybody,

my Name is Markus from Germany. Born and raised in Berlin but now working in Hamburg and partly living in Hannover. Im quite new to real estate (reading ebooks/guides and watching Videos for about 2 weeks now) and am eager to get into real estate Investments.

Although I got no work-related real estate background I know a lot about financial planning/ modelling and similar.

I'm really looking forward to building a network (maybe there are some other Investors from Germany around) and learn a lot more about the real estate business before doing my first deal. If somebody's got some insights about the german market i would appreciate it. I already noticed there are some major differences between the US and german Market.

Markus
