New Member, Debra Broussard, Newbie in Houston TX

Debra Broussard living in Houston TX as a newbie real estate investor.  I inherited two rent houses, renovated one with my son in law, and have both currently occupied/rented.  In April,2015 began drawing unemployment from a job in energy sector and am looking to get into real estate instead of going back to the 8-5 rat race.  I am a certified project manager and feel that my education and experience will help me succeed. I am interested in wholesaling, flipping, and other opportunities.  I am excited about this forum, what it has to offer, and the community here.  I look forward to being a member here.  Thanks, Debra.
