Full time WI investor, new to Bigger Pockets

Hey everyone,

My husband and I have been full timers for about 6 years but are new to Bigger Pockets.  We love to share how real estate has changed our lives.  Started in short sales, then rehabs, now mostly fixer-upper buy and hold rentals.  Can't wait to meet you all!  Oh, and when we first started short sales we were coming off of a failed business and bankruptcy.  We've almost exclusively used other peoples money, IT DOES WORK if you want it bad enough.
