Hello! My name is Sebastian. I'm a regular Jose, in my thirties, latino, blue collar artist and would-be entrepreneur. I've decided to get a broker's license in order to increase my wealth and improve my standard of living before my body starts to give. I chose real estate because my mom works as a Realtor/broker but also because I love architecture and I love Chicago! I drive in the city just for the joy of it, and Chicago has some of the best people in the country so the work seems more like fun. I hope to learn as much as possible, make as much money as possible for the security of me and my family (best friends included!) and to give back to the universe that has given me so much. Looking forward to meeting like-minded people!
