Real Estate Beginner

What's up guys? My name is Rico, from Memphis, and I've been interested in real estate for a while now. Outside of HGTV, I recently took a Fortune Builders course and I learned that its a lot to know about real estate behind the scenes. I was a little scared to pay for their education packet so I'm starting the journey to educate myself. I'm really open to any advice and networking opportunities.
