As a Investor/Realtor I specializes in e-marketing on the Internet. Our public is educated, so we had better know as much as they do. Real Estate is our future, it will always be here, it will always go up and down and it will always be an opportunity in any market to make money and build lots of friendships. After 26 years in Real Estate and as investor myself, I am just getting started! I look forward to learning from all of you. I appreciate your help and any responses. Our real estate market is what we make of it. It's how we feel about it that affects others about buying or selling. It's not what we say, but how we feel about what we say that makes us successful. What's working for you? With each market we change what we are doing, what worked yesterday may not work today. Techniques used in some cities will not work in others. Not every state and market are the same, at the same time. Some old ideas are new to us. I have built a successful business for myself, buying, selling, investing, and renting properties. Now I am repositioning myself to do GREEN BUILDS, it's the next BUZ word for me and my next level of marketing. We pre-SOLD 60% of our first GREEN project, we are selling the 1st, 5 Start GREEN build here in Austin. Average age of our buyers/investors are 34 and under, single, married, 1st time buyers. No Kids yet. A new market is opening up for us and we had better jump on to their needs. Our kids are spoiled, they expect as nice a 1st home as their parents last home. This is our new market of buyers, and they are ready to buy. As a investor, I have gained a vast knowledge in the field of investing, as Realtor/investor it's helped me in negotiating and identifying the deals with the best potential for me or my client. I just look forward to the next opportunity this market will bring us.
