As a new Realtor in Florida, are there any special rules I should be aware of when wholesaling, such as what contracts to use and identifying myself as a licensed agent on the contracts. I attended a 3 day workshop that gives me access to a confirmation of funds letter up to $750k per deal ( there is some interes, but very reasonable and included in the deal as a cost). Thanks
