I have two properties I own free and clear in coastal Guilford, Connecticut. I am always looking for the latest tips for rental cash-flow and property maintenance. In addition, once I have saved up enough I will be looking for more rental properties. Contractor referrals are always welcome. I would also love to share my experience and what I have learned. I look forward to becoming part of the Bigger Pockets community.
