Hi BiggerPockets,

I am searching for investment avenues and found this site. It has great content and seems like friendly individuals that help out each other. I have been reading as much as I can regarding real estate investment strategies. I have not made any deals yet but would like to soon. As a new Real Estate investor, Where would all of you suggest I start? Should I be reading certain books? Reading articles? attending networking events? Any help would be great.
