Tax Lien Pro From Libertyville, IL Looking to Become Flipper

Hello everyone. I've been a tax lien investor for over 10 years and own several rental properties, some of which I acquired through tax deed. I'm looking to branch out now into flipping and/or wholesaling. Given my tax lien experience I think I'd like to start with pre-foreclosures, foreclosures and REOs. I'd also like to learn more about how to finance such deals since I know that use of conventional mortgages is difficult to impossible. Looking forward to networking with the community and sharing knowledge and deals!
