New to the Wholesaling Business
I'm a retired Executive Protection Specialist and I moved to Lee County (Southwest Florida). Being affected by the crash in '08, I can definitely understand the motivated seller part of Real Estate Wholesaling. I wish I could have had an option to sell my homes at a reduced price. It's definitely an option I've would have taken. I'm looking into becoming a Real Estate Wholesaler, so I'm new to the "Wholesaler's" side of the industry. I think I can help motivated sellers and motivated buyers. It's a win-win-win for parties involved. It sounds good in theory, but is it practical?
