Hello everyone!

I am a new member here, originally from Oklahoma, but moved to Michigan for a change in the scenery. I have a passion in Commercial Real Estate, but currently work in Residential Real Estate as both an assigner and wholesaler. We also look into buy-and-hold properties as well, as long as the numbers make sense. I am constantly learning and always open for new ideas and new creative ways to buy and acquire most any type of real estate that makes sense. We are always looking for cash buyers, private money lenders and even hard money lenders who have descent terms.
