Hi all! I'm a new member from Florida. Have been interested in real estate for a very long time. Kind of scary to take the plunge on my own. I found this website after having gone to a Flipping Formula free class. I was looking for pro and cons and well I found this website with a wealth of knowledge about the program. I am thankful for your honesty.
