New Member from Virginia seeking Multifamily Properties

Hello BP Community,

New husband/wife team residing in Virginia introducing ourselves to the BP community. We are currently newbies in the REI arena with a 15 year plan to achieve financial freedom from Corporate America.

We are currently looking for multifamily properties (2-4 units) with strong monthly cash flow, relatively turn-key, and ideally high appreciation potential.  We're currently in a position to acquire 2-3 properties a year at a price point between $100-200k. We're actively seeking properties where the current monthly rent meets or exceeds the 1% Rule.

We are extremely thankful for the resources afforded to us via the BP Community and appreciate any guidance as we begin this journey.

Kind regards,

The Wimmers
