New member from North East Texas

Hello fellow real estate people!

My name is Tina and my husband is John, we recently started our real estate investing company in a rural area in the north East part of Texas. Originally we are from California and since we moved here 2 1/2 years ago have noticed a large amount of dilapidated and empty homes that were definitely eye sores and wanted to do something about it. since then we have been given opportunity of learning wholesaling and rehabbing which we are currently focusing on now. Ultimately wanting a passive income flow and freedom to be able to visit our families in California and possibly grow in other states as well! We hope to network with other investors! Bye for now
