I have always been interested in real estate and bringing in positive cash flow for my family. I have friends who flip in Hawaii on Oahu and Maui and on the Big Island, and also found your website through youtube while I was watching Lisa Phillips VLOG. She has a lot of good tips and getting into your Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing. Our financial advisor had suggested to start investing in four-plex complexes. So our question is how do we go about doing so?
