New to BP from Maryland

Hello, 

I have joined the site to learn more on being a Landlord/Property Manager. Also would love to chat with investors who have experience in Montgomery County Maryland and Worcester MA. Very interested in picking up an additional investment property. Currently looking in Montgomery Village Maryland. 

I also wanted to know If there is anyone in Montgomery County that could assist with serving a "notice to pay or quit" I've never had to go that route in the 5 years of being a landlord. Thanks.

@Russell Brazil is a an agent in Montgomery county and posts here regularly. Seems to really know his stuff so you may want to be colleagues with him. I think he can give you info about the Gaithersburg group.
