New to BP in Marietta, GA

Hello BP Nation,

My name is Alex Vela and I am fairly new to investing but have one flip and one rental under my belt.  I also have a duplex under contract at this time.  I am looking to build a portfolio of rentals and have set a goal of a total of 20 units in the next 6 years.   I think that is achievable, especially looking at small multi-family. 

By day, I work in commercial real estate as a property manager for 2 high rise buildings.  I live in Marietta, GA and focus my searches in the northwestern suburban/outlying areas of Atlanta.  Houses are cheaper the further away you get from Atlanta. 

I am interested in networking with investors (seasoned and new, alike) and picking brains.  If you are interested in meeting up for coffee one morning just to chat, I would love to do it.  Perhaps we can learn something from each other.

Hi Alex! I just got my first rental under contract, actually closing friday! I am also looking at small multi family's and other small commercial opportunities as well. I live in Atlanta and work as a financial analyst for one of the nation's largest home builders. I am investing in gainesville ga, about an hour north of Atlanta straight up 85/985.
