Hello!

& Thank you for taking the time to view my new member introduction, I am humbled to be apart of this growing network of real estate investors, entrepreneurs or whatever have you. Foremost my knowledge is scarce, yet my passion is strong. I have read  "Flip" a book by Nick Ruiz a self proclaimed Real Estate Entrepreneur. His writings have furthered my interest in beginning my "Real Estate Journey". He talks much on wholesaling and techniques to achieve successful wholesaling. So I ask the BiggerPocket's community, who has done a wholesale? If you have done a wholesale or are located in North Carolina, I would love to network with you. I am pursuing as much knowledge as possible and don't mind well thought of criticisms.
