Hello everyone, so I like many people have been listening to the podcasts for a while and have learned a ton from them. I have been meaning to jump on the forum , but it's easier to listen to podcasts and drive than it is to type and drive :) As expected, my first trip onto the forum has lead to an overwhelming volume of information, hopefully I can sort through it as I go. About me: I live/own in a duplex in the Bay Area of California in which I have been fortunate to see huge appreciation. I've taken that appreciation and turned it into a nice little of cash flow on 5 properties in Greeley, Co. I work full time, but am looking to continue to expand and increase that cash flow by picking up one or two multi family properties a year. I have yet to flip or have any major rehab, but it's something I'm willing to consider now that I can accept more risk for more reward as the smoking instant cash flow deals are getting harder to find on the mls. Look forward to learning and helping as I go! Thanks, Chris
