Hi BP Family,

I'm new to BP and the Sacramento market. Found BP online and I'vebeen listening to the podcasts for the last week. Very excited to start my new journey as an investlr and look forward to networking with the BP family.

Im working on my marketing strategy right now and would love some feed back on what you did and used to be successful. Getting my mailers printed out this week to begin my farming but I'd love any feedback on other successful tools to you use. Thank you and look forward to hearing from the BP family!

@Joe TongaYou just have to decide who and where your going to mail to. Don't expect a high response rate here in CA. Many investors mail to absentee owners as these don't have an emotional attachment to the property like owner occupants.
