My name is Brian Krause. I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado and just got my first long term tenant in my rental. My family moved to a new location in Colorado Springs but didn't want to give up the former property, so we decided to rent it. It's a 2800 sq ft ranch with finished basement. 4 beds with study, 3 baths and two car garage. So as you can read, this is my first step into the this area. Would love to possibly purchase a few more rentals in the future if the opportunity is right.
