Hi my name is Yajaira Ramos and I am interesting in investing in a flip property. I am new to the business and will like some feedback. I currently own a mixture property.

Hey Yajaira,

You can definitely do this!

I live in Newark, and I'm quite new to investing as well. My focus is on wholesaling and while I'm new, BP makes this a great experience. There are also a number of great books referenced here as well (start with the Ultimate Beginners Guide to REI - BiggerPockets); read as much as you can in your spare time.

Forget company names, office equipment and websites for now! Focus on an area, drive/learn the area, determine your criteria (eg: Absentee owner /SFR 3/1 under $100,000), then zero in on marketing. Speak to the people that respond, every call matters - just the experience is priceless.

As simple as it sounds, this is working for me right now.

Shoot me an email or call me, let's chat.
