First Time Home Buyer/Investor, Buy and Hold Options in Ontario?
Hi my fellow BiggerPockets, I am looking to buy my first property in and around the Greater Horseshoe Area and wanting to use this as a full rental property with great R.O.I .I went to TD Bank and got a pre-approval for 525k @ 1.99% (2 yr Fixed) with 5% down plus CMHC fees. So with this amount in borrowing I would like to invest it into a property with as many units i could possibly get. Any recommendations on where to start looking? I was thinking Hamilton or Windsor?
