Hello All, I am excited to start investing! I have been researching, going to seminars and now have been pre-approved for a loan. Any advice on how to find a good deal on a home up to $150,000 in the North Fort Worth/Keller area? We have been getting the MLS but haven't found anything quite right yet. Thanks!
