Newbie in Indy

Hello everyone!

My name is Rick Williams and I work as a remodeling contractor in the Indianapolis area, primarily on the north side and in carmel and fishers.  

I've long been interested in getting into REI since I know how to take distressed properties

and make them "undistressed" but I know thats only part of the equation. 

Fix and flip appeals to me most as it looks to afford max profit and while not having to deal with rentals and the management/maintenance issues.

I'm excited to find the BP resource and am looking forward to edicating myself here
