Not much to tell. I have the REI bug, but my current job doesn't make it easy. I had to liquidate a sizable portfolio due to a combination of work and poor property management. I'm getting close to the military retirement finish line, so i'm ready to ease back into my obsession. I like mortgage notes, flips and buy/hold deals. As a simple govt employee, I'm definitely not cash rich, but capable when the deal right.
