I was never good at 9-5 jobs and so I've always worked for myself.  I'm originally from Jamaica and lived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for many years. I now live in Jacksonville, Florida.  After migrating to the USA I became a chemist and started a small hair-care manufacturing company.  I still have a brand in specialty Beauty Supply Stores but got hammered by the economic downturn several years ago and have not recovered.  I had my eyes set on real estate investing for 2 decades but never pulled the trigger, in part because I was too comfortable for too long.  I'm New and honestly I've not yet decided which specific areas of real estate investing I want to concentrate on.  I do know 3 individuals seeking to buy houses right now and wondering if and how I could jump on the opportunity!
