Hello all!  

Ive been bitten by the real estate bug, and am trying to absorb as much information as possible.  I will be buying my first house next year, so Im in no rush, but would like to make the best investment possible.  Thats where it started anyway... By listening to the podcast and doing a ton of research Ive convinced myself that real estate investment is my future.  But its all talk until the deal gets done so wish me luck!
