I am a realtor in Florida and my husband is a retired home inspector/contractor. I have been researching REI for over a year and we finally flipped our house last spring amid a serious health crisis. While we thought we knew a lot about home buying/selling and fixing, we learned a TON because flipping is a 'whole other beast'! But we enjoyed it, and we actually made some money:)

So after taking some required time off, we are back to have another go at it. We enjoy flipping, but also want to learn about other types of REI and hopefully find new, creative ways of making money.
