Hi All!  I am a new real estate investor in Huntsville, Alabama.  Myself, my wife, and two partners just purchased and did a light remodel on a single family home rental property and just put it out on the rental market a couple weeks ago.  We are actively looking for new opportunities in SFHs up to small apartment buildings in our local area.  I'm looking forward to learning from the group here at Bigger Pockets!
