Hi everybody,

I am from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

My partner Karen and I have a small portfolio of long term holds.

Our goal is to continue to build our portfolio to escape the Rat Race....

We are looking to invest in the US.

Looking for strong cash-flow markets in a few Landlord friendly states. 

We are starting in Indiana.

We like SFR's and duplexes, triplexes and Quads.
