I am a real estate broker in Austin Texas. Texas had done very well during the market down turn and is hot as fire cracker now.  I have worked with investors for 20 years listing and selling multi-family properties in Austin and the Central Texas area.  I own rental properties myself.  I am currently representing a builder who is building custom luxury duplex properties in New Braunfels, Texas.  I have 20+ duplexes coming on the market for sale. These are exceptional properties for investors.

I have my own real estate brokerage and also manage about 100 properties.  I would like to share my knowledge with others about investing.

Sean
